Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualifications:
Junior System Analyst:
- B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) or MCA (3 years regular) + 2 years’ experience.
- Certification in related technology (Windows/Linux/SQL/CISCO etc.) is mandatory depending on the vertical.
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Junior Lecturer (Subject-wise):
- Accountancy: B.Com/M.Com or CA with 55% + 2 years’ experience.
- Management: MBA or MA (Economics) with 55% + 2 years’ experience.
- Cooperative Law: LLB or LLM with 55% + 2 years’ experience.
Age Limit:
- Junior Engineer/Lecturer: 18 to 30 years
- Junior System Analyst: 18 to 45 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per HP Government rules.
Salary Structure
- Junior Engineer / Junior Lecturer: ₹25,500 (Level 4 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
