Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Executive Chemist: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Technology/Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Additional Executive Chemist: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, or B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Executive Chemist: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, or B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Chemist: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, or B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Junior Chemist: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience, or B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.

- Executive Chemist: Up to 40 years (up to 57 years for MAHAGENCO employees)
- Additional Executive Chemist: Up to 40 years (up to 57 years for MAHAGENCO employees)
- Deputy Executive Chemist: Up to 38 years (up to 57 years for MAHAGENCO employees)
- Assistant Chemist: Up to 38 years (up to 57 years for MAHAGENCO employees)
- Junior Chemist: Up to 38 years (up to 57 years for MAHAGENCO employees)

- Reserved Category candidates: ₹708 (₹600 + ₹108 GST)
- For Junior Chemist:
